Palazzo dei Poeti
The dream of Antonio Popìa, a poet, and of the Popìa family: to recover the historic, architectural and immaterial soul of a World Heritage to be saved, giving voice to the stones, arches and vaults of "once upon a time".
Built at the foot of the castle as early as the 5th century as a belt, with tunnels radiating to the Crypt of the Collegiate of S. Maria Maggiore, enlarged in the 1600s as the Canonical Palace over three levels, entirely in stone and brick.
A milestone in a project aiming to recover an entire village, forgotten by time and by man, yet of a beauty that awakens from its spell and returns to life.
